MOTIVATION AND BEHAVIOUR CHANGE

Lesson 2 is all about how to motivate others and influence behaviour. This aspect is critical and features heavily in our full course. Below is a collection of videos previously recorded that talk about motivation and teach how to help change people's behaviours. The first three videos address motivation, use goal setting to drive behaviour and develop confidence around your clients' ability to change.
